Pharmeasy in - Pharmeasy promotional scam

I have won a cure for ** days free trial on pharmeasy.in spin wheel contest. As per the terms and conditions I have used the voucher and ordered one product of *** rupees to get a benefit from the voucher. The voucher was attached successfully and I have placed the order and after the delivery. I did not get any benefit from the voucher.

I the customer support and told about my issue. At first, they checked and told me that you have attachedtach the voucher while placing an order but when I insisted again that it was attached and I've got a message saying something that "your coupon is successfully attached and you will receive the benefits of the delivery". They were like ok, and later they mislead me with some other stuff, saying the order of *** rupees is required to place and voucher.
I have read the terms conditions on and I could not fanythinghing about *** rupees minimum order to redeem that coupon. I asked them about how is this determined and where is it written and then they told me that it is written wit,h us not on the website or app. This is a very big scam.

They are lootcustomersomer without providing full information and claiming schemes that never exist. They were also not trying to understand this and not even helpful.

I have all the proofs, bills and voice recording of customer support changing their statements again and again. Please help me. I want to log a case.
