(Order ID: ******************). I had ordered * items, but only one item (Everherb Diabetic Care Juice) was delivered. The remaining medicines,Olmetor **mg, Unienzyme Strip, and GP *mg Strip were not delivered. Also for this item I had to pay offline because it was added because of their suggestions.
I raised a complaint immediately and have since been following up regularly for the past ** days. I also contacted multiple support team members and tried reaching customer care through calls and chats, but unfortunately, no resolution has been provided. To my surprise, my case was marked as "resolved" without any actual action being taken.
After that I write a mail to grievance officer then only I got some reply but still they are refusing to refund exact amount into my bank. After going through so many calls and trying for so many days the only resolution I got is some amount will be given in pharmeasy wallet.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
