I Have submit the joint declaration against my exit date correction in PF office Gurgaon, on **rd March ****. but still the pupation is not done yet, therefore I couldn't transfer my PF in current organization. also the follow up is going on with Apollo Munich health insurance co. but dosnt get proper response from their end. Attached is the evidence. please help me.
