Apollo Munich Health Insurance - Did not received full amount after policy cancelled

I took the policy from HDFC ERGO (Rs *****) but due to medical reasons my policy was cancelled and I received money (Rs*****).
However a HdFC ERGO call center executive said to me that i would get full refund.but this did not happen.
Neither they provided test report nor bill of Rs ****/- but deduct the Amount. And neither they are replying properly.
