Lybrate - Pet died due to wrong medicine

I had a pet bird. She had stomach issues since I got her. I finally decided to consult a vet online (since it was not possible for me to take the birds to the vet). I used the website Lybrate and consulted a vet Dr. Ravi Kumar with supposedly ** years of experience. He prescribed a medicine called MetrogylI. I gave half a drop of the syrup he prescribed and the next morning I found my bird dead!! I want you to take strict action against such bogus companies who are so careless and are responsible for the death of my pet! They have fake doctors prescribing life threatening medicines to innocent poeple. Please do something otherwise they will take more lives sitting behind the screen.
I complained on their Facebook page and they called me and asked me to take down the complaint. Now I checked the chat I had with the doctor and they have removed all the chat. Luckily I had taken the screenshot of the whole chat and im attaching one of the images where he has prescribed the wrong medicine for my pet.
