Zebronics - Persistent Sound Issues and Unresolved Service Matters with Zeb Soundbar

I Niket Shrivastav purchased the Zeb ****W soundbar from Amazon on *nd October ****, and after just * months, the tweeters or speakers started producing strange sounds like hissing or a muddy tone. I contacted the Zebronics service center in Surat for assistance, but they replaced the PCB without properly checking the issue. The problem persists, and the service center refuses to acknowledge it. They claim it's the sound of the recording mic, but there was no hissing when I initially bought the soundbar. I also asked them to listen to the same video/audio through the phone speaker and check if there was any hissing sound, just to compare, but they didn't even care about it. To make matters worse, the service center guy misbehaved with me by continually laughing at my problem. I am frustrated with the service and demand a replacement for my product.
