The problem I am experiencing is related to the camera functionality. While taking photos and videos, I have noticed the appearance of green and blue lines on the screen. Unfortunately, these lines are also present in the captured photos and videos, severely impacting the overall quality of the media captured.
I want to bring to your attention that I have already visited the official Infinix service center thrice to address this issue. Despite the servicing, the problem persists, and the quality of the camera remains compromised.
Here are some key details for your reference:
Servicing History: The device has undergone servicing twice at the official Infinix service center, but the problem still persists.
Purchase Details: I purchased the Infinix Note ** *G from Flipkart.
Warranty Status: The mobile is still under warranty.
Given the repeated attempts to resolve the issue through official channels, I am left with no alternative but to request a replacement or refund for the Infinix Note ** *G. I believe it is reasonable to expect a fully functioning device, especially considering the problem's persistence and the steps taken to address it.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and prompt resolution to either replace the device or process a refund. Your cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated, and I look forward to a swift and positive resolution to this matter.
