Payment made in advance from the debit card.
I got to know that this delivery will take **- ** June which is not suitable for me. So I checked for cancellation of order on the same evening, to my wonder Pepperfry don’t provide any cancellation option on their App or not even on the website.
I wrote them on Twitter about my request for cancellation (attached screenshot) in response they denied the cancellation of order and refund. Next day I made calls to customer service which result in the same way.
Still, the order is in per-shipment mode. They can cancel or give some other option to buy another item. My money is in jeopardy. How can a company have no refund policy? It leads to unfair trade practice employed by the Pepperfry. This one-sided consumer policy doesn't carry any legal weight.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
