I bought the Ola Electric bike after making full payment and the scooter was delivered on **/**/**** with invoice number ********** dated **/**/****, with temporary registration done. When I took the vehicle for permanent registration to the RTO, they found out that the engine number present in the vehicle did not match with the one present in all the documents and hence RTO did not proceed with the permanent registration. I have raised the issue with the Ola support team on **/**/**** to sort out this issue and following up with them since then, but the issue is not yet resolved and the permanent registration is not yet done even after * years of delivering the vehicle. Have made multiple calls to the Ola Support and sent many e-mails with all the details, but there has been no resolution to the issue until today. I'm unable to use the scooter properly as the permanent registration is not done for the vehicle yet. Have already filed a case in NCH on **/**/**** (docket number *******), but they have simply closed the case without providing the solution. Kindly look into this issue and help with resolution.
