Hathway Broadband Internet Chennai - Period specified During Renewal Time was not adhered

On **nd Jul ****, I received a call from Hathway Broadband renewal team regarding renewal of my account with Hathway (My Account number with Hathway – **********). I refused to renew as their plan price was high. But they informed me that there is an offer on that particular day, which is I have to pay only Rs.**** which for THREE months and will get ONE month additional as a special offer (that is for a total of FOUR months). Since I have asked for a confirmation email, they sent me the plan details and confirmed the offer in their mail on **nd Jul ****.
But even after one month, the plan period was not reflecting in my hathway account, I have sent an email as a reminder and received no response. Again filed complaints through their app twice first on **th Aug **** (Ticket ref – ********M******) and second on **th Sep **** (Ticket ref – ********M******), both were closed without proper action.
Again sent them an email on **th Sep **** and that too has no response.
After *th Nov **** Hathway disconnected my connection which is supposed to be after **st Nov ****.
Kindly do needy to escalate this matter in consumer protection as there should not be such false offers and promises by a service provider to retain their customers and cheat them later.
