on **.**.**** I have purchased hathway broadband connection. plan **** rs, after reciving amount the sales agent was not responding to any quries and installation was not done yet **.**.****. There was no response in hathway network connection. The sales agent name was Kani , she was responding to my replies but she reciving my massages. They have recived amount on Tuesday but there was no response and no installation was not done yet. Please enqire this problem and resolve it by today.
