Order #*********, an expensive recliner was bought from pepperfry.com April **** and is still in warranty. The recliner had poor quality of fabric and stitching. Under a year the product started ripping. I have had several conversations with pepperfry only to get help in fixing this. However pepperfry made me go through cumbersome process, pictures to be sent etc. Finally declared they don't support wear and tear. Upon asking whether I could speak to supervisor or any other person in the company the process was stalled and in other words I was left on my own. I feel miserable as a customer because of the apathy demonstrated and cheated by the brand.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
