I purchased a queen size bed from Pepperfry. When it was being assembled I noticed a manufacturing defect in the product and asked Pepperfry for a return but they refused the return saying it's a design but if people see the images they can know the reality since the defect which Pepperfry is saying is a design is not consistent throughout the body of the bed instead it is only appearing at some places in the body, had it been a design it should be consistent throughout the body.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
