Don't do cheating with customers.
Under *** nights free trail, you have clearly mentioned that product can be returned within *** days as per link

When I have continuously requested to return the product from * month (obviously within *** nights) , you are saying today that we will not take any return.We only accept defective product.
The customer care guy is very rude, arrogant, and he said, "I am the case manager and I wont accept return whatever you want to do."
When I told please to cross check *** night free trail offer as I will go to consumer court. Then again he said that, "I do not care all of the things. I wont accept return as I am the case manager."
Pepperfry, understand this thing clearly. You can cheat people once but this case will go every corner of internet and consumer court.
