I return my order * hiboo bags and urbanic did not refund me till now. Its been so long like a whole month and i contacted them many time like daily but nothing happened yet. I want my refund. They send me the bank link for account details but everytime i opened that link it only shows you already responded. Then again and again i requested to send new link from bank they always send the same link that shows me the same( already responded). So how will i put my account details for refund. They are doing nothing. I want my money back as the product i return **-** days before and they didn't refund me till now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
