I had booked * tickets for Gofirst flight for * may **** from mumbai to Bangalore. The flight was cancelled by airlines at last minute and a full refund was communicated through email.however i have been following up and the refund is still pending. EMT is claiming gofirst has not provided refund, however when I book through EMT it is responsibility of EMT to ensure the refund is provided.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
