Complaint Against Kwabey for Non-Refund, Deficiency in Service, and Failure to Provide Customer Support
I am filing this complaint against Kwabey due to the continuous deficiency in service, failure to process my refund, and complete lack of customer support despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter.
On * June ****, I placed a prepaid order through the Kwabey website. The order was subsequently cancelled by the company without my request. Instead of refunding the amount to my original payment method, the company credited the amount to my Kwabey wallet.
For several days, the wallet balance remained unusable due to technical issues, preventing me from accessing my own money. During this period, I repeatedly contacted the company through every available customer support channel, including multiple emails and the contact details provided on their website. I received no response to any of my emails, and I was unable to obtain any meaningful customer support.
After considerable delay and repeated unsuccessful attempts to contact the company, I was eventually able to use the wallet balance. However, the product I originally intended to purchase was no longer available, and only limited products could be purchased using the wallet balance. As a result, I had no practical option but to purchase an alternative product merely to utilize my money.
Upon receiving the replacement order, I found the product to be oversized, unsuitable for my requirements, and of unsatisfactory quality. Accordingly, I initiated a return request. The product was collected by Delhivery, and the tracking details confirm that the returned parcel has been successfully delivered to the company's warehouse.
Despite the successful return, Kwabey has neither processed my refund nor provided any update regarding its status. As of ** June ****, nearly a month after my initial order, I have still not received my refund. Throughout this period, I have continued to send emails and attempted to contact the company through every available communication channel, including alternative email addresses, but no satisfactory response has been provided.
This prolonged delay, absence of communication, failure to provide customer support, and non-processing of my refund have caused significant inconvenience, unnecessary mental stress, and loss of confidence in the company's services. A consumer should not be required to spend weeks repeatedly attempting to contact a company simply to obtain a refund for a successfully returned product.
I respectfully request that the appropriate authority direct the company to:
*. Process my pending refund immediately.
*. Provide a written explanation for the prolonged delay and complete lack of customer support.
*. Take appropriate action for the deficiency in service and unfair handling of my grievance.
*. Grant any other relief deemed appropriate in the interest of consumer protection.
I am enclosing all relevant supporting documents, including payment proof, order details, cancellation records, return tracking, screenshots, and copies of all email communications made during this period.
