The issue that I have experienced was: On the **th of May, I deposited **** and it's been more than a week since I've raised the issue and spoke with the team but they have not resolved my issue yet. and and same thing happened again on **st may i made deposit of **** and it's still in processing

This meant that It's affecting my mental health
help me to get my money beck in my Account or my bank
