I am extremely disappointed to inform you that even after several emails and continuous follow-up, my two payments made to your platform have not yet been credited to my Parimatch wallet.
Below are the transaction details:

Both transactions have been successfully debited from my bank account, but the equivalent funds have not been reflected in my Parimatch account till now.
I have already shared payment proof statements for verification.
This delay is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about transparency and customer safety on Parimatch platform.
Please take this email as a final reminder and resolve the issue on priority.
