Booked a trip from bandra to vile parke on **th Feb ****.
Made the payment of Rs ***/- by SBI credit card.
Payment still showing pending.
Went to Uber help to get a resolution but to no avail.
Still shows pending.
After over ** messages on their help page as well as e mails there is no response.
I have also uploaded my credit card statement showing them the charges as requested by them.
Shocked by the unprofessional company
It amounts to cheating the customer as the Rs***/- which was paid us still showing pending.
