Icici Bank Ltd. - Penal Charges
BSM TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD filed complaint against Icici Bank Ltd. on Jan 23, 2019
We are a Private Limited Company banking with Icici Bank Ltd., A.S.Rao Nagar Branch - Hyderabad. Against each import consignment we have submitted Bill of Entry copy to the Bank and obtained the Acknowledgements with Bank Stamp also. Bank has misplaced or Lost the copies submitted and started torturing us with notices to submit the same and also levying the penal charges which got accumulated to nearly *****.** We have Bank acknowledgement copies and Bank manager's email assuring us to return the penal charges but nothing was done but, we have been receiving notices to submit the copies and also being levied penal charges.
We want to file a complaint with Consumer Forum and demand ***,***/- towards compensation for torturing us and for our precious time to visit bank many a times.
