A WM Group company has auto debit the amount from my ICICI credit card. Bank approved my deduction without OTP and password without my concern. How any bank can approve the merchant for any deduction without OTP and password. I want my amount to be reverse to my credit card. I submitted complaint through bank as well by fulfilling dispute form as advised by customer representative, but there is no solutions. Please help.
