Zingoy.com - PAYU verified the payment But Zingoy Cancelled order stating payment not received

I made a transection via PAYU with transaction id : *****************c*f**f* to merchant zingoy (www.zingoy.com) for their order id #******** which was cancelled stating ‘Payment not received' . Payu has confirmed me that payment was successful and so does my bank account . Payu tells me to enquiry zingoy for order or refund as transection was successfully processed . On other hand , zingoy support tells me payment not received and order ******** was cancelled . I need refund from Zimgoy as my order was cancelled inspite of successful transaction .
