I purchased Nykaa Gift voucher no. **************** of Rs. **** valid upto **.*.**** from Zingoy.com on **.*.****. I partially utilized this card for shopping on Nykaa.com for Rs. ****. But, now this Gift card is not working on Nykaa.com and showing "CARD NOT ACTIVATED". I have already written several mails to Nykaa.com. But, they have not resolved the issue so far. The customer services of both Zingoy & Nykaa are extremely poor. Please help me in resolving this issue.
