I made payment to billdesk bbdaily and the same is appearing in passbook also but payment has actually made to srvmedia's account. we don't know who this media company is.The money has been debited from our account .we reported fraud in paytm customer care when we came to know from bb daily that money has not reached them and their cusomer helpline only told us that money has gone to srvmedia instead of bbdaily.
