R Ashokan filed complaint against Paytm wallet on Nov 29, 2022
I have Paytm wallet account with my mobile no **********. the account is inactive as I was not using wallet for quite some time since I had one more account with my mob no *XXXXXXXX*.
I want to close the Paytm wallet account linked to my mob *XXXXXXXX* by transferring the amount to *XXXXXXXX*. I am unable to do it as my account is inactive. I have tried to activate the account through the app where option "activate now" is available. Once i click the option i get the screen I have to select the reason for inactivity and after selecting the reason "My reasons are not listed here" it proceeds to the option "visit a nearby KYC store" which i visited and the person in the store asked me call ****-*** ****> On calling the number after various options the call gets disconnected with message "continue with Mumbai office".
I am struggling with this problem for last * months and my money is stuck in both the accounts without any solution.
