As i am using your platform since last july **** for accepting payment from Paytm postpaid and my MDR was Free and there was no charges deducted for that but this month of May **** now it shows MDR charges is *.** % + GST and i am agree to pay but when i did accept payment this month ( May *st ****) of Rs. ***** with Transaction id : *********************************** after deducting MDR and GST shows
settled amount Rs. *****.** but you did sattle Rs. *****.** and also shows Rs. ****.** ( Trans. Id: *********************************** ).
After talking to your customer service agent they told me Rs. ****.** has been deducted for MDR charges which was showing free to me earlier and also denied to write my complaint against it so i think it is wrong way of business when you are showing MDR is free and i did accept
payment about * months and now month of MAY **** you are deducting MRD charges for complete last * months or so .
So I would like to request you to write my complaint about it and refund my amount Rs. ****.** because on my previous transactions MDR was free.
