PAYTM PAYMENTS BANK PVT LTD - Amount debited but not dispensed from ATM
BADSHA ALAM MOLLAH filed complaint against PAYTM PAYMENTS BANK PVT LTD on May 26, 2021
I use Paytm Debit Card, ** December **** I was withdrawal ***** rupees from ICICI ATM. After complete the withdrawal process ATM shown me "Insufficient Fund" but also I Know ***** rupees present in my account. But I will process again but it show same massage. After ** minutes A withdrawal msg came to my mobile that " Rs. ***** has debited". But No cash has dispense from ATM after wait ** minutes. Then I will contact Paytm Customer care. They Process many thing doing by me. After that day my amount not refund to my account. Paytm has no response for that. I will repeat again again to PAYTM for check CCTV footage and If I will receive money from ATM , I will give to PAYTM *****. Please Sir do some thing and Help me for get my money.
