i ordered panasonic **" full hd tv on **th october.
i was supposed to get the item on **st oct.
*) **th oct : received a msg that amara_o*o has picked my ordered.
*) i tried to track the order , however no website or phone number found for amara_o*o
*) informed paytm, phone didnt connect multiple times ( long holds) eventually it did, i explained, after multiple emails/calls they game me amara_o*o number , when i called the person said company is closed.
*) i informed paytm, they didnt bother to reply the email, on call they said it will be delivered by amara.
*) i told them that the company is not traceable, paytm support again gave me a wrong website link on the call itself.
*) on delivery day i asked if my product is going to be delivered , as i had to take a day off to be at home, paytm assured me off the delivery, i waited at home but no delivery.
*) called paytm again, wrote email etc but again standard replies.
*) next afternoon i received another message saying that x person with y contact number will deliver the item.
*) y number was also not correct, it didnt exist.
**) informed paytm , they said it will be delivered for sure but even they can contact on the number.
**) someone else finally delivered the item..i left the item unboxed so that installation person can check.this was on *st nov.
**) installation was scheduled on *rd nov, panasonic person came and fixed the wall mount, i saw a scratch on the screen, he said it just dust.
**) when he started the tv it showed that the tv had big screen fault with huge lines.
**) immediately called paytm they asked for panasonic person job sheet.
**) i sent the photos of broken tv and job sheet to paytm.
**) i am away from the town for diwali, paytm sayd the item will be picked up for return but didnt give me a timeline.
**) the wallmount is still fixed as panasonic guy had told me that it will be needed for the replaced tv.
**) so many hours of call to paytm and email to them, now i wont even get the billion day discount on the other e-shopping sites.i need the tv and will now have to buy a tv on higher price. so much mental pain and higher price.i want the tv to be replaced.
