Sgyuvraj - Paytm Mall Return of product

I ordered Boy Raw silk Solid Kurta pyjama set - Green color in * QTY from paytm mall on **Jan **** and both delivered on ** Jan **** but one of the product was damaged , the design brochure on the pocket got damaged,, so I placed return within ** mins of the pkg received on the same Jan *th ****, and frpm that day till today we have almost ** mail transactions happened , every time they will ask for the images, i keep on uploading those images which they requested, not on the sudden they rejected my return saying "We have cancelled your return pick up as per your request. In case you have any further queries, please reach out to us." reach us where? no customer care , we have only email option. totally frustrated with it.
