Dinesh Soni filed complaint against Paytm Mall on Nov 16, 2019
On **st Oct ****, I bought few apparel from Paytmmall.com reference ORDER ID ********** and **********.While ordering I saw the return policy of each product. And all the products have */**days return policy. The products were delivered to me on **th October ****.
Unfortunately, some of products (* shirts and * trouser) do not fit me well, so I raised a return request for the same. But my requests were instantly rejected. The reason was not mentioned there. I enquired and raised a complaint through Paytmmall care no. ****-*******. Their executive raised a complaint against this and I got a reply that my account has been flagged by their system for abusing return policy and has been restricted to raise returns. I escalated this issue to their grievance officer but he/she too replied the same. Even they do not know what breach I have made! And after that I haven't heard anything from the team which literally means that they are not keen to take their returnable product back and are helpless. Moreover, I have complained to their top management viz. Mr. Vijay Shekhar Sharma and Mr. Madhur Deora on their email as well as on twitter (snapshot enclosed). But no response or resolution was provided by them too.

I have not breached any of these clauses. I have not used the product even once. The price tags, original packing, invoice and the label tags of the item are kept as it is. There is only fitting issue.
The items valued ₹****. If size doesn't fit me then how I am supposed to keep them with me.
The paytm team was very rude and unfriendly. All the levels of management provide pre-fixed reply every time. They are not serious.
If my account was blocked then why they have not warned or informed me. Secondly, Why my orders got confirmed if my account was blocked? or I think they have blocked my account simply because I couldn't return products.
I want resolution of my complaint.
