Paytm Mall - PAYTM deducted Rs. 54925 - but not transfered money to dealer

*) I booked activa *G through paytm mall by order no ********** on **/**/****.
*) I visited to dealer on **/**/** and paid remaining amount to dealer . They checked paytm amount mail.
But they did not received paytm amount which i personally checked. After taking security cheque of Rs. *****/- dealer has delivered me vehicle .
*) I booked complaint to paytm on **/**/** for transfer of money to dealer as per ticket ID ********.
*) paytm mailed me on **/**/** that dealer has confirmed my order .But not mentioned transction ID of payment. On **/**/** I rushed to dealer ,they checked paytm payment but payment was not received.
*) I again booked complaint to paytm , and asked them for transaction id for payment to dealer but they are not giving same. They only says that my complaint is forwarded to UPI team and issue will be resolved.
*A) on **/**/** again got message from paytm as delivery is confermed by dealer but not mention any transction ID
*) Meanwhile I talked to paytm people * to ** times ,but they are not answering specific. They says that they cant talk to their UPI team or cant transfer my call to them.
*)Now dealer is asking me money and threatning me to cash security cheque or cease vehicle.
*) I am very tense and Paytm is responsible for this
*) Please resolve issue and get compensation for mental harrasment.
**) Paytm is using my money from last ** days .
Their service is very poor and call center executives dont have any power to resolve issue.
**) I appeal not to purchase big value things from paytm . It is good only for mobile recharge
