I Make Paintings on Order Basis, a Customer From USA, Had Placed an Order for Item Worth ***** & I Had Asked an Advance of Inr ***** to Start the Work. I Had Received Around $*** in My Account on */*/**, I Had Kept the Order Ready to Ship on **/*/**. I Had Sent Customer Whatsapp, Email & PayPal Invoice for Payment Remainder.

The Customer Made Me Go Crazy as I Denied Any Freebie’s, She Raised a Dispute on the Advance Payment of $***, She Later Contacted Me and Vowed to Make the Full Payment as Well as to Cancel the Disagreement She Had Made. She Delayed the Payment for Three Days, and Finally on **/*/** She Made a Partial Payment of $***, Which Was Held by the PayPal Payment Review Team. I Called and Messaged the PayPal Customer Service Team About This and Asked Why the Payment Was Held, and I Also Informed Them That the Client Was Threatening to File a Dispute if I Did Not Send the Tracking on the Same Day. By the Next Morning, the Buyer Had Filed a PayPal Claim.

What Was Going On? I Was Unhappy.

Payment Is Made by the Customer via PAYPAL. Her Payment Was Placed on HOLD and Then Filed a Claim With PAYPAL The Very Next Morning.
