I initiated a PayPal KYC process for my account and was told that It's gonna take *-* days. But now it's **th day and yet they have neither completed the KYC process nor responding with anything concrete. My foreign client was about to pay for my work, they did try to make payment but due to KYC process it was failed and now the client isn't even responding me.
I've explained this situation again and again to PayPal customer representatives but they've only one thing to say "Sir it's KYC team's work, we can't do anything other than escalating the issue".
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
