Ok Play India Limited - Payments Not Cleared for Services Rendered

We are writing this to publicly highlight the extremely unprofessional experience we’ve had with OK Play India after providing digital marketing services to them for a considerable period of time.

Despite completing all agreed-upon deliverables, the company has not cleared our outstanding invoices What’s worse, they have deducted TDS in FY**-** and FY**-** but have not deposited it, which is a serious compliance issue and directly affects our ability to file and claim returns.

For months now, we have repeatedly emailed, called, and messaged their team — not a single person has cared to respond.
• Director: Mr. Rishab Handa has consistently avoided calls, emails and messages.
• Marketing Assistant: Mr. Vrushks Soni continues to call us asking for work and deliverables, but becomes completely unavailable the moment the discussion shifts to payments.
• Everyone else who is marked in CC simply chooses to ignore communication altogether - Mr. Ajay Gupta, Mr. Dabasish Bhattacharya, Mr. Praveen Arya.

It is extremely disappointing to see a company of this scale operate with such disregard for both payments and basic business ethics. We have always maintained transparency, delivered our work on time, and cooperated fully — yet OK Play India has shown zero accountability in settling dues or responding professionally.

We are posting this here so that other agencies, freelancers, and vendors are aware of the risks of working with OK Play India unless their payment practices improve.
