Krishna Gupta filed complaint against OK PLAY INDIA LIMITED on Jun 15, 2025
We are a marketing agency that provided professional services to Ok Play India Ltd., a listed company, for which Invoice INV-******, dated ** March ****, amounting to ₹*,**,***.**, remains unpaid.
We have been extremely patient and tried co-ordinating with the Rishab Handa (Director at OK Play India) and his Assistant Vrushika Soni for * months, initially Vrushika was responsive but now they have become completely unresponsive.
Despite delivering all services as agreed and following up consistently via calls, messages, and emails over the past few months—including sending a formal final reminder—the company has failed to respond or release the payment.
This prolonged non-payment without any communication or dispute raised reflects unfair business practices and a breach of basic vendor ethics. We are now pursuing legal recourse and filing this complaint to recover our dues.
