Yesterday I ordered food from an app named Magicpin for which I made the payment online which was of Rs. **.* but when the food arrived, the person who took the parcel didn't knew that the payment has already been made and by mistake he gave the bill amount to the delivery boy and the delivery guy without saying anything took the money and went off. So now I want the money which I paid online to get refunded to my bank account.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
