Olx - Payment was done but product was not shipped

Pallab Banik filed complaint against Olx on May 8, 2019

An advertisement concerned to Graphics Card (GTX ****TI) was put on Olx website on *th May by an Olx user named “Devil May Cry”. That user took my WhatsApp number and sent me a picture of the invoice, registration email, even videos of the Graphics card working properly. Due to his prompt responses, I was convinced and paid Rs. **** on *th May **** in the following account details:
A/C Number- ***************
A/C Name- MR Riyaz Abdul Razak Dangra
IFSC Code- UBIN*******
Later, on *th May ****, I paid him the rest amount (****/-) in another account, having the following details:
A/C Number- ***********
A/C Name-Gagandeep Singh
IFSC Code- SBIN*******
After all of these incidents, he texted me at *.** pm on the same day where he promised that he would ship the product immediately. Later he stopped replying and right now I am not able to trace him anyway. Even he switched off his phone and I completely lost the connection with him. The screenshots of the chat and transaction details regarding the above incident are attached as the evidence.
