Hi,
I have lost Rs.**,*** while try to making a bill payment using SBI debit card through Paytm App. Bill amount was for *,**,*** and OTP received for the same amount. But only Rs.**,*** debited from my SBI account and the same was credited to Paytm as per bank statement (which is uploaded in Paytm).
No refund has been received since it is **th day of that transaction. Many calls and complients had been raised but no positive responds from Paytm. Kindly do the needful as it is a matter of Rs.**,***.
