Dominos Pizza - Payment twice

I placed an order from Domino's ( address Plot No. ***-B, Lower Basement at, Scheme, Gopalpura Bypass Rd, ** B Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan ****** ) branch on *th Jan whose order value is Rs.***.
Billing manager RAGHU was given an online link for payment , through which I paid from my HDFC account. Please find the receipt for your reference .
Then I was eating pizza sitting at the store itself, then the billing manager said that your payment has been put on hold. I will refund your previous amount as soon as your payment clears in the system .I then paid him through phone pay for the same amount .I haven't received my payment refund yet.I am doing follow up regularly from the billing manager from *th jan **** but still haven't received the refund. I have made two payments to Dominos
Dominos is such a big reputed outlet, how can such a problem come to the customer.I am very disappointed with Dominos, don't appreciate this type to behaviour from you guys
Please look into this urgently and initiate my refund at the earliest
