Hathway Bangalore - payment threat

I requested to disconnect my connection * months back or so and I’ve had telephonic conversations with hathway regarding disconnection . I disconnected because they said they don’t have service where I stay in Bangalore . Now I get a message they will charge me **** how dare they . I can sue them for using my personal data to disturb me by calling me over and over when I already requested multiple times to disconnect my connection .
