On *th Jan’** a payment was made to the hathway broadband account to renew the subscription for the month. First payment showed as failed on the bank’s app. Hence a second payment was done. Both the amounts got debited from my icici account and no option to raise dispute with the bank.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
