Yatra hotels - Payment taken service not provided

So i have recently booked a hotel through yatra app where they have listed hotel as couple friendly, were I'm after reaching hotel they didn't alloted room for me stating we don't host unmarried couples stay while I was with my cousin for an event i have immediate try to contact them just all those contact numbers of them are not serviceable
