Yatra Hotels - Gift card not working Refund not provided as per confirmation email received from coepromoteam yatra

I received following email for gift card issue occurred on yatra. Hence I followed conditions of email. But after booking sharing below reference number no refund has been processed. Kindly do the needful on this issue. I really not getting any response and solution after multiple followups on this issue more than ** days.

Below is the email received from yatra. But they are not honouring the promises made over the email. Kindly assist on this to get my refund

To ensure your travel plans are not disrupted, we kindly request you to proceed with your hotel booking by making the full payment from your end, without applying any ongoing discounts. Once your booking is complete, please share your Yatra booking reference number with us.

We will then process a refund of the voucher amount from our end, back to the same mode of payment.
