I tried to buy something from meesho app and i proceeded for payment through mobikwik wallet to pay meesho money is debited from mobikwik wallet to meesho successful and transaction is is generated from mobikwik but
Meesho app did not generate order number and refusing that payment is not received ,i tried to reach to them by various means but they are misleaded by saying we need order number first to proceed and ignored my case ,told me to reach payment merchant mobikwik and i reached mobikwik and they generated ticket id but from past ** days no response from meesho and mobikwik, please help me i have the proof screenshots attached below
