Flipkart.com - Payment Successful But Product Not Received

I did shopping on so called "India's number * shopping site Flipkart" my product has not yet delivered I had made the payment online but it is not yet delivered to me, seller approved and got his money now he is backing out to send me the product, it’s almost **days every time I call customer care they reply saying wait for **hrs our team is working on this we have escalated the issue to our backend team in high priority we will deliver this to you before **hrs this is the only line they know. It’s like looting people I had Ordered “JBL FLIP * Portable Mobile and Tablet Speaker” the Incident Number: IN*******************, order was placed on September **st **** and the promise date was **th September **** with out informing me they rescheduled the product to *th October **** and now it’s *th October but still these Flipkart team is fooling me around they took my money and not shipping the product. The Order Number is "OD******************" I pray to god to take strict action against these Flipkart even they are not afraid of any government or consumer court. And they say they still didn’t find any logistic team to send the shipping and we trust these words it’ more than ** days still they didn’t find any logistic team as if I am sitting and ordering from a different planet that they are taking so much of time to deliver my product.
