Nobrokerhood - Payment Status Not updated

I paid Rs. ****/- for advance payment of Society maintenance via phonepe through NoBroker Hood App. It is successful in phonepe but failed in the NoBrokerHood app. I complained on Twitter and sent an email, no response. Attached screenshots
