Nobrokerhood - Paid for Express Delivery No Refund for Delay

On **th December ****, I used the NoBrokerHood app to create a rental agreement and opted for their next-day delivery service by paying an additional ₹***. The agreement was supposed to be delivered on **th December ****. However, it was only delivered on *st January **** at *:** PM, well beyond the promised timeline.
Due to this delay, I had to pay penalties because I was required to submit the agreement before *st January ****. When I contacted customer support to request a refund for the delayed service, I was informed that a refund is not possible once the order is in process.
This is unacceptable, as the service I paid for was not fulfilled within the specified timeline, causing financial and personal inconvenience. I seek a resolution in the form of a refund for the additional fee I paid for express delivery, along with compensation for the penalties incurred due to the delay.
