i had taken loan from paysense after that on every EMI deduction they not updated the payment status on their app and the deduction date is *rd of every month and it was deducted on every *rd date but still every time i have to mail them to update my status but this time they have taken this to far from last ** days my payment status is not updated they fine me a penalty charge on me and making call to pay the EMI which i already paid so please help me to get out of this
