Paysense Services India Pvt. Ltd - Loan amount disbursed but not received in bank account

I applied for loan on January **, ****. On January **, ****, I changed my mind and decided not to go for loan, so on that when document collection executive came to collect the docs I told him I don't want loan so I want to cancel the loan request and I didn't submit him the docs, also I clearly wrote on a NACH form to cancel the loan request which the executive brought to take signature and he assured me that he will send for cancellation. On January **, ****, I received SMS as well as e-mail mentioning that my loan amount has been disbursed to my bank (Loan #: STPLSC**************) . When I checked my bank account, I did not receive any money. I also checked in PaySense app where it was showing amount has been disbursed after deducting processing fee. First of all, I requested to cancel the loan request, but they processed. Secondly, I did not receive any money whereas it was showing as amount has been disbursed to my bank account. I sent several mails to Paysense support team, but no reply. How to deal with this?
